My belly at 14 weeks 5 days.

Okay... I have had several request for a belly picture. I reluctantly took one and man have I grown. Samuel took the picture and said "You've grown since Monday!" This is so weird and happening so quickly. The ONLY reason I took this pic is for all of our loved ones we don't get to see very often. I will try to take them often so you can see growth over time.

Twins at about 14 1/2 weeks

All  I can say is WOW! God is so AWESOME! Not only was it so cool to see my healthy babies, but to share it with the grandmas was really special. The grandmas were very excited and learned a lot today. I can't thank God enough for providing us with such a wonderful support system.

Just an update:)

We have been working on emptying the kids room. It has been fun and exciting planning the layout and decor for their room. It is more difficult than I thought planning for 2. (I have to remind myself every day that there's 2.) We are just so blessed! Now that the room is clean we are going to prep and paint. Then on to the fun stuff, furniture and decor.

Tomorrow (Valentine's Day) I have a doctors appointment and sono. I'm very blessed to have a wonderful support system going with me. I have invited both grandmas and great grandma, Mammie. It will be very special for them to see the babies and hear their heart beats. I'm really looking forward to checking on them. I know something is growing because my belly is not fitting my clothes. I will try to post a pic of me and babies soon. Hopefully both babies will be photogenic tomorrow.

Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. They are much needed and appreciated. Again, we are so blessed to have such wonderful family and friends:)

Homemade Diaper bag- So cute!

Just had to show off this super cute diaper bag (that could second as a teacher bag) my mom made. She did it so fast:) I picked out the fabrics and tried to make it not so girly but Samuel informed me its bejeweled. (Just a little.) I'll have to get him his Daddy diaper bag. We found one that he really likes. Its a messenger style bag and the front flap has a daddy checklist. Too funny, but necessary:)

New Doctor

Samuel and I went for our first appointment with our new OB/GYN last week. She is great! She actually delivered a baby while we waited to meet her. I felt like she truly wanted the best for me and our babies. God has a way of leading you to what you need:) He is AWESOME! Our next appointment is Feb. 14th and both grandmas and great grandma, Mammie, are going.  The grandparents are so excited! They need to figure out what they want to be called by their grandchildren, even though the kids will call them whatever they want. If you have any suggestions, please share!
